From the first point of contact with us, you will be allocated a personal Client Manager who will prepare your quotes, oversee the booking of staff for each event, and advise you on all aspects of your event requirements.
We have the most up to date office support system and data base, enabling us to manage bookings efficiently and quickly. All our staff receive texts with regards to each job, detailing locations, times and uniform requirements, ensuring they arrive on time, at the right place, looking perfect!
We provide you with timesheets for every job with photos of each staff member you have been allocated. We also have a ‘preferred’ booking system, so you can mark ‘preferred’ by your favourite staff and book them again. As we know your time is precious, we enable you to send back the timesheet without having to ever print it, making it very simple to use via e-mail; open the attachment, amend it, then send it back using e-mail.
