• Successful interview candidates are given training
• Training is provided irrespective of past work experience
• Extensive three hour training course
• Health and safety and basic food hygiene instruction
• Staff training and company handbook manual provided
• After training some candidates may be ear-marked for quick promotion
• Every individual is given three grades, under Attitude, Ability and Appearance
