All potential staff are firstly interviewed by telephone, and if they pass this, they are invited to attend a face to face interview at our head office. Successful candidates after the interview stage, are invited to an afternoon training session where they are assessed again for their service skills.
During the 3 hour training session, our training manager will guide candidates through many practical demonstrations, many different styles of service, using a power-point presentation as an aid to each practical assessment, covering all aspects of the role. Staff receive health and safety and basic food hygiene instruction, accompanied with a test on both of these areas at the end. They will also receive a staff training and company handbook manual.
As personal presentation is of the utmost importance to all our clients, a substantial part of the training covers this area, with grooming and uniform instruction, along with awards to the trainees who can demonstrate the highest learning aptitude and impeccable appearance in uniform on arrival to training.
If you wish staff can arrive at all your events in a black T-shirt and then they will change in to the shirt or other uniform you have requested.
