All potential staff are firstly interviewed by telephone, and if they pass this, they are invited to attend a face to face interview at our head office. Successful candidates after the interview stage, are invited to an afternoon training session where they are assessed again for their service skills.
During the 3 hour training session, one of our staff trainers will guide candidates through a powerpoint presentation covering all aspects of the role. Staff receive health and safety and basic food hygiene instruction and will also receive a Staff training and company handbook manual.
All potential candidates are asked to arrive dressed for a job and have a thorough uniform check. Staff are able to buy black, and white shirts and t shirts from us.
Staff arrive at all jobs in a High Society black t shirt and then will dress in the uniform our clients request.
