What staff can we provide you?
Whatever your staffing needs, we will be able to provide fully trained, immaculately presented staff to meet the high expectations and needs of your event.
Our in house training procedure for all staff has two stages: basic skills training during their interview followed by an in-depth training session, in which we cover all aspects of delivering great service.
Staff learn how to set up for different types of events be it formal dinner, drink reception or bar, including details such as boxing tables and napkin folding.
We cover three popular dinner service styles: buffet service, canapé service and tray service, to ensure staff are fully trained and prepared for working on an event.

Meet the Team
While studying Event Management and Hospitality at Oxford Brookes, i began enjoying working on events with many local caterers.
High Society was setup in 1998, and in that year I employed many gap year students, one being Benedict Cumberbatch, the now famous actor.
I have a BSc in Television Technology and Production, and ran a busy gastra-pub after graduating for four years.
Joining High Society in 2017 to work on events, i swiftly joined the office team, and was quickly given the client manager's role when the opportunity arose
I studied Event Management For The Creative Industries at Central St Martins.
I like the variety that this industry brings, it’s exciting, entertaining and there really is never a dull moment.
I have a Bachelor degree in Tourism and Planning Management.
Every day is always different, with fun events always popping up it always keeps you on your toes.
I joined High Society for the flexible hours in 2017, and have now joined the office team.

I trained professionally in Musical Theatre and am a DDI qualified dance teacher.
I started working with High Society after I finished studying in 2017, and joined the office team earlier this year. My favorite events are weddings!
I worked with High Society on and off after studying before joining the office team.
This role has given me the opportunity to explore loads of London Venues and work with some of London's most impressive event organisers.
I moved to London in 2016 and shortly after joined High Society as a Team Player. With my extensive experience in the Hospitality and Customer Service industry, I was able to join the office team as a member of the recruitment department and train all our new staff. Whilst doing so, I can still continue my training at Drama School to become an Actor”
I have a BA in Fine Art from Oxford Brookes University.
I joined High Society for the flexibility and huge variety in work roles and venues.
With so many experiences and opportunities available I have now been able to join the office team and head up the recruitment department.
“I first started working as a waitress for High Society in 2014 during my gap year. I loved being able to work in amazing venues and fit the work around travelling and later, studying. Having just graduated from university I’m excited to be joining the recruitment and training department!”
